Does Elfie Spot Finder work on Android?
No. It is an iPhone app. The App Store listing requires iOS 15.1 or later.
What does it cost?
You get three free swipes a day and three free scans a day. After that there is a paywall. Current subscription details live on the store listing and in the terms. We do not quote dollar amounts here because store details can change. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings.
I paid. How do I restore the purchase?
The terms say subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and your Apple ID account settings. Use the same Apple Account that bought Elfie Spot Finder Pro.
Apple’s restore help says to open the app you bought the item in and look for a restore option (store, main menu, Settings, or Options). That page also says to stay on the same Apple Account. The store listing and terms do not name a specific button inside Elfie Spot Finder, so this page does not invent one.
If you were charged and still cannot restore, email support@elfiespotfinder.com (the address already on the site footer) or use Apple’s “report a problem” path linked from that same Apple article.
Where do room photos go?
Photos are used only for app features as described in the privacy policy. Check the App Store listing for Apple's latest developer-reported privacy summary. The Room photos in Elfie Spot Finder page collects those links in one place.
How does the app work?
Days start unlocked. Pick a night, use a ready idea, or snap the room. Swipe if it is not the one. See How Elfie works. That page also covers the three free swipes and three free scans.
How do I cancel?
The terms say cancellation is through your Apple ID account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, not through this website.
Is Elfie Spot Finder a doll-brand app?
