Elfie Spot Finder FAQ

Short answers from the live App Store listing, terms, and privacy policy. If a step is not on those pages, it is not here.

Does Elfie Spot Finder work on Android?

No. It is an iPhone app. The App Store listing requires iOS 15.1 or later.

What does it cost?

The app is free to download. The store listing and the terms both say 3 free pictures, then $5.99 per year for Elfie Spot Finder Pro. The yearly plan auto-renews unless you turn auto-renew off in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Version 1.0.1 on the store replaced a 3-day free trial with the 3-picture allowance.

I paid. How do I restore the purchase?

The terms say subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and your Apple ID account settings. Use the same Apple Account that bought Elfie Spot Finder Pro.

Apple’s restore help says to open the app you bought the item in and look for a restore option (store, main menu, Settings, or Options). That page also says to stay on the same Apple Account. The store listing and terms do not name a specific button inside Elfie Spot Finder, so this page does not invent one.

If you were charged and still cannot restore, email support@elfiespotfinder.com (the address already on the site footer) or use Apple’s ā€œreport a problemā€ path linked from that same Apple article.

Where do room photos go?

Do not take an answer from this FAQ. Read Room photos in Elfie Spot Finder, which quotes the live privacy policy and the App Store Data Not Collected label and does not pick a winner.

How does the app work?

Three steps on How Elfie Spot Finder works: snap a room photo, get a spot, place the elf. That page cites the App Store listing.

How do I cancel?

The terms say cancellation is through your Apple ID account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, not through this website.

How do I get help?

Email support@elfiespotfinder.com. Privacy questions: privacy@elfiespotfinder.com, listed on the privacy policy.
