Room photos in Elfie Spot Finder

Elfie Spot Finder asks for a room photo when you tap Find a New Spot. That step is on how the app works. This page only quotes the two live documents that talk about those photos. It does not add a third explanation.

What the privacy policy says

The privacy policy (last updated 8/27/2026) says the app may automatically collect “Camera and photo library access (only when you choose to use photo features).”

On storage, the same page says: “Your photos and data are stored locally on your device. We may use cloud storage services to sync your data across devices if you choose to enable this feature.”

It also lists device information, usage data, and “Analytics services to understand app usage (anonymized data only).” Questions go to privacy@elfiespotfinder.com, which is the contact on that policy.

What the App Store label says

The App Store listing privacy nutrition label is Data Not Collected. The label text is: “The developer does not collect any data from this app.”

Apple’s wrapper on that same listing says the developer, Phillip Boscarino, indicated those practices, that Apple has not verified them, and points to the developer’s privacy policy.
