- • A surface or area to display the scene

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Set Up the Lights
Arrange a string of Christmas lights on a table, mantel, or surface. You can have them partially tangled or neatly arranged - both work great!
Step 2: Create the Tangle
If going for the "tangled" look, wrap some lights around your elf or create a fun tangle. Make sure it's safe and the lights aren't too tight!
