Block Tower Foreman: Build Site Boss

The playroom is a construction zone, and the new foreman is nine inches tall. Your elf is inspecting a block tower like the next floor might collapse if nobody listens. If you already have a posable holiday elf, skip to the recipe. If you don't, start with the setup kit.
Build the tower on the floor or a low table, keep it short enough that a knock-over cannot hit anyone, and skip heavy wooden blocks near a crib.

- • A handful of building blocks
- • A playroom floor or low table
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Stack a slightly crooked tower
Build eight to twelve blocks, then nudge the top so it leans a little. A perfect tower looks like the kids built it; a lean looks like overnight overtime.
Step 2: Scatter spare bricks
Leave three extra blocks at the base like a supply pile. Kids love the idea that the job is not finished.
Step 3: Seat the boss
Sit the elf on the highest stable block, or beside the tower with one hand on a brick. Either way they look like they are about to call a safety meeting.
Step 4: Add a tiny hard-hat stand-in
Balance a bottle cap or measuring cup lid on the elf’s head if it stays put. If it will not, set the “helmet” at their feet; kids still get the joke.
Pro Tips:
- • Use the kid’s own blocks so they feel the job site is theirs.
- • A sticky note that says “Hard hats required” is optional comedy gold.
- • Keep the tower away from the dog’s favorite zoom path.
- • Photograph before anyone “helps” add twenty more floors.
